30-Day Return Policy
If your crystal does not meet your expectations, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
Damaged in Transit
All shipments are fully insured. If your crystal arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
How to Initiate a Return
Email hello@celestcrystals.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. The credit will appear on your original payment method within one billing cycle.
